   Plutomic LLC was founded in 2005 with the idea that web hosting companies should have a closer working relationship with their customers than market giants like Network Solutions and GoDaddy. By getting to know the customers better, plans and service can be tailored to much better suit the customers' needs. Larger companies focus on a "one size fits all" strategy to amass customers, but Plutomic Hosting takes a different approach. A better understanding the customer base can also allow the customer experience can be enhanced, in ways like offering a multitude of plans so customers can pick a plan that fits their requirements to customizing PHP settings to work better with customer scripts.

   Andrew and Ben started Plutomic Hosting as a New Jersey-based limited-liability company. After about a year and a half later, they acquired another small web hosting company, Big Wow Web Hosting. Six months later, to boost the growth they had attained from marketing and Big Wow, they acquired yet another web hosting company, 9eSolutions. A short time later, after more organic growth and much financial calculation, they decided to stop renting equipment and build a new, high-availability network. Since then they have added additional servers to meet their growing needs of their global client base.
