Plutomic was founded in 2005 by Andrew Westfall and Ben Chiappetta with the
idea that web-hosting companies should have a closer working relationship
with their customers than the other mass-market hosting services companies.
Plutomic believes in approaching their clients' needs from a partnership
perspective. By getting to know their customers better, plans and service
are tailored to better suit the customers' needs.
"Larger companies focus on a "one size fits all" strategy to amass
customers, but Plutomic Hosting takes a different approach. A better
understanding of our customers' businesses enhances both our customers, and
consequently their customers experience.
Plutomic's portfolio of services, packaged plans and customized solutions
provides our customers with more choices. They can select a plan that fits
their needs without incurring the expense of unnecessary or duplicate
services, as is often the case with the mass-market hosting companies.
Andrew and Ben started Plutomic Hosting in 2005 as a New Jersey-based
limited-liability company. Within a year and a half, their resources grew to
allow for growing their client base through acquiring an international web
hosting company, Big Wow Web Hosting, and then a second international
hosting company, 9eSolutions. With two solid years of experience and client
growth on a global scale, Andrew and Ben made a strategic decision to move
from rented equipment to investing in building a new, high-availability
network. They continue to purchase additional servers to enhance their
quality of service, maintain a cutting edge position in delivering
state-of-the-art solutions, and meet the increasing demands of their global
client base.
